lately ive noticed ive been putting on kilo’s
and that im really unhealthy
please now i dont wanna be stick thin
or starve my self
just be healthy and i dont wanna
go to a dietion: )

1) wats the difference between a low fat diet and
a low carb diet.
2) which helps you to lose wait
3) which is healthier
4) how much excersie should i do that makes me fit
5) what foods should i deffinatley stay away from
6) do yu have any tips to a healthy lifestyle
What is a good diet losing weight while working out??? i mean how much carbs/protein/fiber/fat ect i needed?
